How It Works
Lease
The initial term is generally one year, and the Lease automatically renews every year as long as you are in compliance. Each year, you have the right to give notice that you do not want to renew. If you decide to leave at the end of a Lease term and are in compliance, the full security deposit will be returned. The maximum number of years of the Lease is five.
Right to Purchase
Your Right to Purchase Agreement gives you the right to purchase the home at a pre-defined price for each year of the Lease, as long as you are in compliance. The Right to Purchase does not obligate you to buy the home.
Close the Deal
The process from application to close usually takes about 25 days, similar to any home sale — including inspection and appraisal. You will then have the opportunity to take possession around day 45.

- ✓No Evictions, Bankruptcies, or Owing on any property rental type
- ✓Household Income of $40k+
- ✓No Disqualifying Background Criminal History
